How do I return items purchased?
Steer Crazy products bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only

When will I receive my order?
Steer Crazy processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) Properly completed orders received prior to 11 p.m. EST will begin processing. Orders received after 11 p.m. EST will begin processing the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Packages ship from the distribution center in Stephenville, Texas.

Shipping outside of the US?
At this time, we can ship orders to the continental US. We cannot ship to US Territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia), US Post Office Boxes, or to addresses outside of the United States.
